چکیده
Liquid products obtained by the fast pyrolysis process applied to biomass can be used as chemical raw materials and liquid fuels. In this study, tea bush, walnut shell, pine cone samples selected were from Trabzon Rize provinces in Eastern Black Sea Region used. When considered terms of our region, available waste are easy access have a high potential quantity. To employ them experimental investigation, these first ground, sieved particle size 1.0 mm, mixed. A was mixture fixed-bed reactor. The effects temperature, heating rate, nitrogen flow rate on product yields technique examined. constant temperatures 300, 400, 500, 600, 750 °C, rates 100, 250, 600 °C.min−1, 50, 200, 300 cm3.min−1 tests pyrolysis. studies showed 500 °C 100 min−1 50 gave maximum yield. generated under most compelling circumstances is analyzed determine moisture, calorific value, fixed carbon, ash, coke, volatile matter. Fast Pyrolysis of Lignins
Three lignins: Indulin AT, Lignoboost, and Acetocell lignin, were characterized and pyrolyzed in a continuous-fed fast pyrolysis process. The physical and chemical properties of the lignins included chemical composition, heat content, ash, and water content. The distributed activation energy model (DAEM) was used to describe the pyrolysis of each lignin. Activation energy distributions of each ...
متن کاملInfluence of pyrolysis temperature on physicochemical properties of biochar obtained from the fast pyrolysis of pitch pine (Pinus rigida).
The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of pyrolysis temperature on the physicochemical properties and structure of biochar. Biochar was produced by fast pyrolysis of pitch pine (Pinus rigida) using a fluidized bed reactor at different pyrolysis temperatures (300, 400 and 500 °C). The produced biochars were characterized by elemental analysis, Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) surface...
